Refund Policy


At Aspire Credit Solutions, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.


5-Day Recession Period

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and consumer protection standards, all clients have the right to cancel services within five (5) business days of signing their service agreement without penalty or obligation.


To cancel within this 5-day period, please email us at aspirecredit2025@gmail.com or call 910-872-4286 with your full name and the date of purchase. If your cancellation is received within the 5-day window, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.


After the 5-Day Recession Period

Once the 5-day period has passed and services have begun, all sales are final. 

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Credit repair or consultation services already rendered
  • Business formation service already submitted or filed
  • Identity theft recovery work has already started
  • Third-party or government fees (e.g., Secretary of State, IRS)
  • Digital products or downloadable content


Exceptions

Partial refunds may be considered only in the following situations

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment
  • Services were not rendered due to a documented failure on our part

Filing a chargeback without proper communication may result in permanent suspension of services.
